🚢🛳️⛴️You are invited to the first 25+ Cruise! “FAITH AFLOAT” 🚢🛳️⛴️
We wanted to let you know about an upcoming trial opportunity. We’ve been floating the idea of a cruise and finally going to dip our toes into ALASKA May 2026 God willing! Here is the proposal.
Sailing dates: MAY 17th – May24th
How is the cruise going to work?
Attendees will book onto the cruise independently, and afterwards register with 25+ so we know who’s coming. AGAIN: DO NOT BOOK THIS YEAR, IT’S POSTPONED UNTIL 2027, this notice is for information only.
Why not book as a group?
Group bookings were complex and more expensive (all inclusive packages are a must for groups)
Attendees have the flexibility to pick their own suite and packages they would like
Attendees can book directly with the cruise line or on third party sites to get the best deals (note that the best prices tend to be around 3 months out, but availability isn’t guaranteed)
What is the format going to be?
While at sea we’ll be organizing discussion groups based on a topic (TBD) and several devotions
Likely a strongly recommended pre-study around the topic allowing attendees to have engaging discussion centered around God’s word
This will be a trial run for future cruises and formats! Come be pioneers!
Outside of discussion groups and readings, there will be free time to participate in anything you would like to on the ship, including the on shore activities and excursions.
Will there be another one with more time to plan?
YES! We realize this is relatively ‘last minute’ for a bigger trip, especially for international people
We are planning another cruise early in 2027, likely to the Caribbean – details to come shortly
Is this replacing the 25+ weekend?
NO! The weekend will continue! This is adding on another opportunity for people to travel and connect around God’s word
We think this will be a WONDERFUL opportunity to combine a lovely trip with a spiritual focus and share with fellow brothers and sisters. Alaska is a beautiful land filled with unique animals and landscapes.
